I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have 5 years of experience. I'm passionate about providing my clients the best treatment for their specific needs. I am trained in EMDR therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy and I have experience using CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Client Centered Therapy. I work with Teens and Adults.

I believe a positive self-perception, resilience, and healthy relationships are key to creating positive meaningful change in the lives of my clients. I've helped many people manage their mental health symptoms, learn to be in control of their lives and work through their trauma.

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern. I believe that life is a beautiful experience. Along the way, as we develop physically, socially, mentally, and spiritually, we are bound to encounter barriers and hardships. My philosophy as a counselor is to provide the necessary tools and support for individuals seeking guidance to work on obtaining the best version of themselves and to take control of their lives.

 I aim to help adolescents and adults (ages 13+) in areas such as depression, anxiety, trauma, communication, body image, motivation, life/career changes, stress management, spiritual (nonreligious) issues and many others. I anticipate practicing a variety of different approaches including that of CBT, DBT, Client-Centered approaches, IFS and Solution-Focused Therapy.
